Caljoba is our line of skincare products that has grown out of my love and respect for the calendula flower that has been used for centuries for its healing properties.

I've always had an interest in how plants can heal. When Nancy and I raised goats, I handcrafted some calendula cream to soothe and heal the cracked skin on their udders and nipples. The cream worked really well! This led to making small batches for friends and family to help heal minor wounds, scrapes, cuts and burns. I received lots of positive feedback about how quickly their skin healed! When we sold our goat herd, we let our land rest for several years and in 2009, we decided to grow calendula again.

I want to help people and grow plants that help us to heal. We hope you'll make Caljoba part of your family's regular skincare routine.
